Verhoff Machine and Welding contains the latest technology and software. Therefore, we have the ability to satisfy our various customer’s fabrication and machining needs. Our manufacturing facility is located on several rural acres between Kalida, Ohio and Continental, Ohio just off of State Route 613 and State Route 15.
Verhoff Machine & Welding has several departments that are included in the manufacturing process: Accounting, Sales, Shipping, Engineering, Quality Control, Laser Cutting, Press Forming, Waterjet Cutting, CNC Machining, Sand Blast, Sheet Blast, Paint, Final Assembly, Welding, Inventory, and Robots. In other words, with all of our departments working together in close proximity, we have the ability to quickly process our customer’s jobs. However, these jobs could require anywhere from a one piece order to thousands of pieces. Above all, we utilize Cisco Networking and JobBOSS Database Software to keep our departments closely linked and running at acceptable speeds. In other words, this technology allows our company to offer a competitive edge with very little down-time.
Similarly, Verhoff Machine & Welding also has a large amount of other capabilities that we offer to our customers. Our local subsidiaries include TGM and Ottawa Defense Logistics. Our Press department uses state-of-the-art CNC equipment including three Trumpf V-Series Trumabends and two NEW Trumpf TruBends. VM&W’s skilled team is ready to tackle your metal bending projects. Whether your project is for automotive, aerospace, or any other industry; we guarantee top notch quality and a quick turnaround.
Our CNC Lasers allow for rapid prototyping, greater accuracy, and a faster turnaround than traditional tool driven CNC machines. In the Fall of 2018, we installed our newest Fiber TruLaser that can run up to speeds of 280m/min. See details below.
VM&W specializes in painting parts for a wide range of industries. We require certification for these different types of paint, from prep to the finished product and are EPA compliant. Our down draft primer booth, down draft paint booth, and primer and paint ovens are all located at our facility, which simplifies the painting process for our customers.
Our Machining department is offered as a support department to the rest of VM&W. We can put the finishing touches on your project with the ability to turn, mill, drill, chamfer, bevel, and cut keyways. We also have MasterCam off-line programming that assists in reducing down time, which in return, allows our customers to save.
